Kari Wuhrer was born on the 28th of April the 28th of April, 1967. She is an American performer and singer. Her career began when she was a teenager. She is famous for her character of Maggie Beckett in the television series Sliders as well as her role as Sheriff Samantha Parker in the horror comedy film Eight Legged Freaks.Wuhrer was born in Brookfield, Connecticut, the daughter of Karin (nee Noble), a payroll accountant, and German American Andrew Wuhrer, who was a police officer as well as a car salesman.
